Here’s the flow:
At the beginning, I got briefs from Project Manager about the whole campaign (mechanism, time frame, target market, survey, client historical data, etc). Together with my team, we made sure that everything was being monitored and tracked (created measurement plan). During campaign, I gave preliminary report about the campaign to the team. We evaluated what is work, and what is not. We tried to optimize the campaign. At the end of campaign, I made an evaluation report. Sometimes, Project Manager asked me to present the report to client, and gave them suggestions.
